We accept Visa and Mastercard .

All prices quoted are FOB Edmonton, Alberta.

Items on back order must be reordered. We do not keep a list of back ordered items.

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Where applicable, all brokerage fees, duty, taxes and handling charges will be borne by the customer (applies to orders outside Canada).

In Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders going to the United States are shipped via UPS. In the unlikely event you receive a shipment that has been damaged, such issues are to be taken up with the appropriate carrier.

Beeswax sheets are not normally shipped if the weather is minus 15 degrees C or colder. Should a customer request beeswax sheets be shipped during this time, Alberta Beeswax and Candle Supplies will not guarantee the product won’t be damaged before it reaches the customer and therefore assumes no liability in shipping.

All orders are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

There are no refunds on fragrances or beeswax.
